I lead teams and build products that people love.
Lead Product Manager, 8+ years across SaaS, AI, robotics and marketplaces. I prototype with AI and put it in front of customers before I write a ticket, so teams build what users actually want.
Go ahead, drag the stickers.
Numbers I’ve moved
Every one of these started in the data: funnels, cohorts and A/B tests, not opinions.
90%+
User engagement at Cargomatic, up from 8%
80%
Fewer support tickets after I deployed an LLM support chatbot
2,500
Daily visitors on the FanDuel site I built from scratch, in under 3 months
1,000
Transactions on ViewShaper, the platform I took from 0 to 1, in under 6 months
Hi, I’m Ben!
I’m a Lead Product Manager who likes clarity, execution, and outcomes you can point to in a dashboard.
I started in marketing, which taught me how to understand customers and communicate value. Then I moved into product to actually build the thing.
I’ve shipped SaaS platforms, two sided marketplaces, and AI powered tools. I’ve worked with enterprise teams, truck drivers, and at least one robot with zero patience for bad UX.
I lean on data for every call. I run A/B tests, build KPI dashboards for activation and retention, and query the data myself in SQL, Amplitude or Mixpanel instead of waiting on an analyst.
I live in Philadelphia with my wife and kid. Time is limited. Standards are high.
How I work
- Start with the real problem, not the loudest feature request
- Decide with data: funnels, A/B tests, SQL. Not seniority or gut feelings.
- Prototype with AI and test it with customers before writing a spec
- Prototypes are for learning. Anything customers rely on, engineering owns.
- Ship in small steps. Measure before celebrating.
How I ship with AI
Three things I built for real teams.
Prototype first, spec second
Mockup debates end fast when clients can click. I built working website prototypes with AI, put competing versions in front of real clients, and watched which UX and UI they actually used.
The version that won became the spec, so engineering built something already tested by the people who would use it.
AI prototyping, client testing
Feedback triage on autopilot
Customer and stakeholder requests were scattered across Intercom tickets and Slack threads, and sorting them took hours of meetings. I built an agent that pulled them every week, scored them against the prioritization rules we agreed on, and sent a ranked list.
It saved the team hours of triage meetings every week, and roadmap calls started from the same data.

No deal dies quietly
Deals stalled when nobody was watching. I built an agent that scanned the CRM and emailed the rep when a prospect or client hadn’t changed status in two weeks: “Flagged: no movement in 14 days. Worth checking in?”
Reps got the nudge before the deal went cold, without digging through pipeline reports.

Where I’ve shipped
Sports and gaming, freight, and creator marketplaces. Different customers, same job: find the real problem and ship the fix.
Lead Product Manager
Created FanDuel’s corporate website from scratch with 8 engineers and a designer. 0 to 2,500 daily visitors in under 3 months, sessions up from 30 seconds to 2+ minutes, and organic traffic up 30% through SEO and AI answer engine optimization.
Group Product Manager
Owned the carrier side of a real time freight marketplace and led 2 PMs. User engagement went from 8% to 90%+, 35+ features shipped, signup completion up 15% through funnel experiments. Promoted from Senior PM.
Co‑founder and Head of Product
Took a two sided marketplace for photographers and videographers from 0 to 1. 1,000 transactions in under 6 months, checkout abandonment down 25%.
Writing
Notes on product management now that AI writes the first draft of everything.
I Spent a Weekend With a Head of Product at an AI Company. I Haven’t Worked the Same Way Since.
“So you write documents faster. Who reads them?” Six months of rebuilding how I work.
I Built an AI Sales Chatbot Prototype and Threw It Away. The Client Loved It.
Marcus texted me at 8:14 am on a Wednesday: “Did you just email me about a lead?”
PM vs Engineer. Fight Canceled.
The old split of who decides and who builds stopped working once AI joined the team.
When Users Won’t Do What You Want, Blame the Product. Not the User.
Engagement goes up when you fix the product, not when you send another email.
Let’s build something that actually ships.
Hiring a PM who owns outcomes, tests ideas with customers before engineering starts, and backs decisions with data? Grab 30 minutes.
Rather ask a few questions first? The assistant in the corner knows my background and can book the call for you.
